Ascolta ora su Radio Castelluccio “Summer“, il nuovo singolo dei Simple Minds!
È entrato in rotazione radiofonica Summer, il nuovo singolo della band new wave Simple Minds estratto dall’ultimo disco intitolato Walk between worlds, pubblicato dalla BMG lo scorso febbraio, e distribuito in Italia dalla Warner.
In Summer, tra l’incredibile sound della chitarra di Charlie Burchill e la potente voce di Jim Kerr, sembra ritornare ai primi lavori nella band scozzese, in cui si inneggia alla vita e alla luce. Il nuovo progetto discografico, Walk between worlds, è stato decretato da molti come uno dei migliori della propria discografia.
Le otto tracce contenute all’interno dell’album sono state prodotte dagli stessi Simple Minds insieme ad Andy Wright e Gavin Goldberg, vengono distinte in due parti. Nella prima rivisitano le chitarre vetrose e i nuovi groove dance dell’era post-punk, mentre la seconda parte esplora i suoni dal taglio cinematografico.
I Simple Minds porteranno il disco in un tour che toccherà anche l’Italia in ben sei tappe:
